Small Group Strength & Mobility Training

At the X3 Training Lab we focus on biomechanics and technique first. We identify limiters in mobility and kinetic chain power transfer. Our coaches will instruct you in correct, safe, and efficient practice of strength and mobility training. Our classes are fun, challenging, and designed with performance gains in mind.

These small group strength & mobility sessions are all about you. With a maximum of 4 athletes in a group, everyone gets solid one-on-one time with the coach.

Strength & Mobility Packages
Drop In Class – $35 +HST
Come and try a class. If this is your first time, get in touch for an introductory offer.
8-Class Pack – $200/mo +HST
Come at least twice weekly for a solid strength, power, and strength endurance foundation.

Intro to Kettlebells – $90 +HST
