To run fast, you must train to run fast. I do enjoy a good trivial statement. I started this article to pontificate on all the reasons why running a once-weekly, structured workout on a track is so very useful to…

We also offer strength and conditioning programs, personal training, group fitness classes, and kettlebell technique instruction to complement your endurance training or to help you achieve your fitness goals.
Great indoor training facility to build up power & endurance. It is a great place to meet & connect with other triathletes.
As always, a great cycling class with Mike Liberzon at X3 Training. Mike is an excellent trainer and coach and the equipment at X3 is top class. He is always giving feedback and encouragement to help you get the most out of you during the training session. Also, Mike is very knowledgeable about training protocol design and cycling technique, which have really helped me with my winter season training. I had some deviations in my pedal cadence technique, which Mike picked up on right away and gave me some corrective exercises to work on in the gym. The exercises have really helped to improve my cycling technique. I would certainly recommend X3 as a training facility and Mike as a coach for athletes at any level of competition.
I’ve been working with Michael since November of 2013. Over our short time together, I have successfully participated in 3 road races and, most recently, Ironman 70.3 Mont Tremblant. I completed each road race with significant PRs (over 10 minutes in one case!) and met my goal of completing my very first 70.3 upright and smiling.
…thanks for helping me achieve things I didn’t know I could do and for getting me through it in one piece! After 11 years of Achilles problems playing ultimate the fact that I made it through pretty much a year straight of injury-free training is awesome.
